Let me say the pizza is top notch! The toppings they use are very good quality and you get lots!! Our server was a young man who was attentive and alert. It got really busy and he still was very attentive and apologized for a small wait. It’s been a long time since we have had such an on the ball server. (And we eat out a lot! )
We are starting a family pizza night. So every couple weeks, we will try a new pizza place.
Legacy is amazing. The pizza has such fresh ingredients and tastes delicious. I wanted a healthier option,we tried the Nonna. Even my husband said it was a great pizza. Yum
Then they have these glorious desserts. Try the cannolli
OMG This the best pizza in Louisville area! Te bacon jam pie was perfect. The crest was crispy but still tender and fluffy. We will definitely be back!
Fantastic pizza, great flavor soft crust. The bacon jam and man o war pizza are both amazing. Staff was great. Literally the only downside is that its small so you may have to wait.
The pizza is delicious. We typically order pick up service from Legacy anytime our kid's school is hosting a pto fundraiser event through Legacy. However, tonight we decided to place a curbside order for the first time. When we pulled up there was no sign or information on what to do next, so we called just like you would at any other business that offers curbside service. The woman that answered the phone was pleasant and told us someone would be out to help us shortly. A female worker came out a moment later and explained to us that they have cameras so they know when someone has pulled up for a curbside order. She then proceeds to tell us how we didn't need to call the business once we arrived because it interrupts them from helping other customers and they are very busy and they don't have the time to answer the phone for curbside (this is all she came out for and took longer than my 30 second phone call.) I felt the last bit of information was very rude, unnecessary, and unprofessional. Her simply explaining that the cameras notify them that a customer is at curbside would have been enough. As mush as I love to support local businesses and my kids school, I don't think Legacy will be getting my service again.
Server was just slightly overwhelmed by our large party, but she strove for good service. I had the Italian sub and my husband had a meatball sub. We shared an appetizer with others and get to see and smell their pizzas.
Everything tasted, smelled, and looked incredible.
Excellent pizza and service! Had the Classic Pizza and the Nonna Pizza, both were fantastic with plenty of flavor and that nice crunch with the crust. Will visit again!
UPDATE:
Visited again for takeout and I was disappointed. Ordered the large cheese pizza with bacon, cheese bread, and house salad. Salad was terrible, mainly lettuce with a few pieces of cucumber and tomatoes. Not worth $10.
The cheese bread had little flavor and cheese.
Then the pizza...bacon was mainly in the middle of the pizza and the crust was very chewy. Hurt my jaw just trying to chew it.
I hope next time it's better.
They have a great procedure for carry out. Food is delicious! The Rueben was stacked with corned beef. The Greek spaghetti squash meal was wonderful. It was a very large portion.I would definitely order this again.
